Surface Treatment:

a> Hot-dip Galvanized: To work electrochemical protection, to prevent base steel rusting from inside to outside

b> Zinc Phosphate: To enhance the adhesive power of coated film to base steel

c> Epoxy Zinc-rich Powder Coat: Excellent antiseptic performance and impact resisting performance

Packing and Loading

1>There is a layer of bubble wrap at the bottom of pallet, which can protect the last barrier;
2>There is a small piece of carton paper between each two barriers to prevent rubbing against each other;
3>There is also carton paper under the pacing belt;
4>Finally all barriers will be packed by several layers of plastic film. Or we can do as clients' request.
